Birthday Cakes

I am sure many people can recall what kind of cake they had at most of their birthdays. I sure can :) I remember each year my mom would make the same home made cake with homemade icing for my birthday. And one year I had entered a ballot for a contest and won a Boston Cream cake - it was so darn delicious. I can still taste it!
